Why Burgundy Climates?
A "Climat" is a parcel of vines in Burgundy. Each climate is different and has its own geological, hydrometric and sunlight exposure characteristics. Their unique character has earned them a listing on the UNESCO World Heritage List. This inscription ensures the conservation as well as the protection of these places in order to make them last for future generations.
Passionate about the great wines of Burgundy, Patrick Hardel naturally drew inspiration from them to design his collection of serving trays .
